Squat Challenge Day 13

Sorry my keyboard is acting up and my Ls are not working in the title for some reason. Today is gym day. One legged leg presses at bodyweight to start then add 50 pounds and do 3 sets of 6-12 with 2 minutes in between while doing one legged calf raises with the safety on at high reps then switch legs. finish up with light weight all the way down leg presses for as many reps as possible…
