Squat Challenge Day 5

This is a day of war. You are doing two exercise back to back and taking 15 seconds in between and each set you get an additional 15 seconds. Weighted squats and go parallel and it is ok to hold dumb bells or put weight on your back and then decline pushups, preferably off of a couch. Ladies I know you will say I can only do one or two, do THEM. This is ten sets and make sure on the push ups you are face to face with the carpet. This should wipe you out thoroughly:)
