New Years 14 Day workout Day 10

Today is all cardio. Pick 5 exercises from the following. Knee lifts at 50 meters 4 times, knee lifts with the same rules, side to side bounds with the same, bleachers do 10 in a set two times, run a half mile, sprint a quarter mile, run a slow mile while making each lap faster and bike 10 minutes two times. I know this is a bit lame but if you actually workout this is a hard workout depending on how you stagger it:).
