Need to get into your resolutions

I’m writing this in between the 14 Day workout post for those that can’t handle that. Get yourself started by doing quick workouts. Do a set or two of jumping jacks, stairs or running in place. Couple that with low or no weight punches and or push-ups. The best time to do this is in the morning as it will jump start your metabolism. As it becomes too easy add the amount of reps and add exercises then jump into one of my workouts! šŸ˜‡
