New Years 14 Day workout day 6

I’m late with this so I apologize. Bust your butt day. Wall sit until you drop then run as far and as fast as you can right after. Then lunge walk 20 steps and sprint right after until it is too much. Next are bicycle crunches, do as many as you can and then do a plank hold until you can’t. Then any cardio you like for 10 minutes.
