New Years 14 day workout Day 3

Today is a hard strength day with stretching however you wish as a recuperation. 2 exercises, one for your chest and one for your legs. Optimal is Bench and Squat. Do 5 sets, one being a warm up and then 4 added ones where you raise the weight and drop the reps so you will get a PR. These are done separate and the stretching for a minute or two is all you need for recuperation.
