Super simple exercise tips…

I have been lacking a lot with too much on my plate and for things I like I can’t get to them. However you can do simple stuff daily before work, just out or before bed and even at work. Simple enough, jumping jacks and some push ups. Perhaps a set of stairs or two. NON bouncing reaching to the ground and do three sets as you will get lower each time. At work cross your foot over your knee and leave it passively for minutes on end and lean in for a glute stretch…Anyway, get started soon:)
