Fall fresh workout Day 14..Finals time

For your last day it is your final exam. Pick any 4 exercises that you wished to improve and let the gas pedal go as high as possible. If you want to max out on heavy weight do that, if you wish to rep out on an exercise do that and if there were any goals on cardio whether it be fast or long do that. But do not do them without rest. You need time to get the most out of all four. Do so and hit your personal bests today!!!
