Fall Fresh workout Day 12

Endurance day. Lunge walks, as many steps as you can do. Next are regular crunches at a slow pace and go until you can’t. Then push ups until you drop, then go directly into a plank hold and do another set of pushups for good measure. With or without weights do trunk twists for a good 2 minutes. Then squat hops until it burns like crazy. Then back to push ups and then step calv raises one leg at a time and repeat until you are shot to shit…Then you are done!!!
