Fall fresh workout Day 11

Today is all about arms. Bis and tris. One exercise of each body part in each group for 3 sets and a total of three groups. Start off with either tri push downs or chair dips and standing barbell curls. Next will be overhead triceps and standing alternating curls with dumb bells. Last will be one arm overhead tricep extensions with a dumb bell and then concentration curls. Do all of them with a competitive weight.
