Fall fresh workout Day 10

Today is a quick Holiday workout. You can do this before eating, during or after. Just a simple day as after this you will be looking to workout and get to those lifestyle changes. This is simple. 5 sets of squats, push ups, jumping jacks and any arm exercise that you choose. Just have a little fun and take your time. I did 300 push ups and squats and 400 jumping jacks and I did a bit more…Have a Good One!!!
