Today is a long super set. To start there three exercises and the next time around you add an exercise. I will be strict on the first three and then give ideas for the other exercises. Starting with push ups until you drop, then wall sits with the same result and last are plank holds. They are back to back and take a minute and add from the following and you will get to a total of six sets. The add ons are bicycle crunches, side plank holds, jumping jacks, squat thrusts and chin ups. Like I mentioned above the first three exercises are set in stone. Then you add one that I give to get you to a 4 exercise super set and the rest should be easy to follow. Have fun!!!
