Fall fresh workout Day 8

Just past the halfway point. Today is a different type of max out day. To start do a hard series of cardio. Pick two exercises and do a long set and make it pretty hard but not all out. Then pick 2 chest and leg exercises to max out. The reps on the max out should be 8 reps of a warm up that you normally do 12-15, then move up 10-20% and do 5 reps, then a similar move to 3 reps and move up to 2 reps and keep it like that until you are all out. Then hit your bis, tris and shoulders with one exercise at a warm up weight and reps. A total body workout while saving the ABS.
