Fall fresh workout DAY 1

Ok kiddies here we go. Not a torture but not easy. This will not have memes, youtube clips or other show and tell. It is meant for those who already know what to do and need a bump. Warmup is a mile run. Next will be 5 sets of 1-5 pushups, plank holds at 30 seconds and then 10 squat hops. There will be a minute in between. The other group will be 6 sets of bleachers or stairs, wall sits at 30 seconds and bicycle crunches at 20 reps with a minute in between. Go get em!!!
